where is minor sequencer spell?

can anyone remember where I can get that spell? pretty sure it was in chapter 2 when I found it, just can't quite recall where exactly.

I got the Minor Sequencer scroll off one of the dead bodies under the Sewers, can't remember whether it was a shaman mage or Rakasha. Never have to buy or steal it, IIRC.

I'm pretty sure u can buy it from The adventurer's mart, the scroll also drops randomly from monsters and can be found in almost any kind of barrel or chest. If u can wait that long I often seem to find it in the labyrinth that bidie lets you into in the asylum

There is a minor sequencer scroll in Firkaag's dungeon in the cabinet at the Tazok/ jail room. Good timing to pick up that spell to help take out the big red one...
