I have just killed off King Lothar after eavesdropping on his and Inquisitor Vermin's disussion. The last thing I did was to give Lord Pyros the antidote.
So; What am I s'posed to do now? The ideal thing would be to wait for Vermin and Pyros' discussion in which Verm poisons Py, but it doesn't help sleeping or something like that, waiting for it to happen.
Should I travel further back in time, how do I get the key from Thorakssus and lastly; should I/how do I free Izbelah?
Thanks.

If you ever fall off the Sears Tower, just go real limp, because maybe you'll look like a dummy and people will try to catch you because, hey, free dummy.

I was stuck at this point too, waiting for the Inquisitor to go speak with Lord Pyros after giving him the antidote.
Might Spoil Highlight to see
Keep travelling back in time to learn what happened from the start, it will then be clear what you have to do.
As for the key you don't actually need it since you should have looted the chest the first time you arrived there.
