4. a half elf monk (of the old order) with 54 hp lvl 6 lawful good
5. a tiefling rogue with 42 hp lvl 6 choatic good

my questions are:

Well, that's a nice party. You want your best fighter or highest charisma up front to take out enemies and do all the talking.

Multi class? Well, you have a balanced party (Spellcaster, cleric, rogue 3x "fighter") so I'd say you can leave the multiclass. However, it may be worth your while taking a few levels where race permits multiclassing (read that multiclass sticky thread!).

Otherwise, at level 6 your doing well.

Its too late now but if you play again youmay wish to avoid so many special races and try some nice multi-class characters.

1.thank's but my sorcerer is my highest charisma, and i don't want him first (because he is weak in hp).
so i think i will do like that:
fighter, rogue, cleric, sorcerer, ranger, monk.
a. is that good? and if not- in which order?
b. i hate saying that- but just my is good in diplomacy and my rogue is good in bluff. am i suposed to spend more points on those?
c. do i still need to put my srcerer first?
2. i think i will take those:
rogue= rogue\?
fighter= fighter\?
a. what should i take if i want to mc my rogue?
b. what should i take if i want to mc my fighter?
c. do you have more suggestions for mc?
i will consider youre answers-

If you are worried about that, change the formation. There are formations where the lead char is in the back I think

you say you don't want your sorc in front cuz he's weak, but you want him to lead because of his CHA. Just change the formation of your party so that he's in back, he'll still lead, but he won't be up front taking the hits

And you can make sure he does the talking without actually being the first person in the formation - but sometimes you can't control this.

Got to be careful with the Cha of other characters then. :D

just checked...unlike bg2 there are no formations with the leader in the back...that kinda pisses me off. my lead is also a sorc with 20 CHA

Uhm, I have a fighter with all skill points in intimidation as front line char outside civilized places. :D

so when i'm in a city (or town or whatever...) i should put my cleric in the leadership, and when i'm not in a city (or town...) i should put a char like my fighter? (that has intimidiate)

Better intimidate than no communication skill. And from a role playing point of view I think it's not realistic to have Mr. Nice Smile in front when you enter a dungeon reeking of ... whatever.
