my merc got killed by goblin handlers. are there more mercs in mournhold? my character is a redguard. im level 24 but have only 42 magika. can the magic level be upped,i have scrolls that needa 100 to use.so are useless to me. thank you.
Magic scrolls don't rely on magicka - you can use those with a low magicka. The best way to boost magicka is to boost your intelligence via potions and constant-effect items.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...
