Where is Raelis?

After that planar prison quest..where can i find Raelis? I need that Haer'dalis bard

she's in the bridge district, in the five flagons in, go downstairs and you'll find her.

After the Astral Prison, Raelis is permanently gone. But that's no problem if you're looking for Haer'Dalis. He's in Five Flagons Inn, next to the bar.

I have been circling around Five Flagons Inn but i cant find him dude. ehehe

He should be there, right next to the tavern bar (not in the playhouse).

At first he's in the playhouse, then after you've said no to him he goes to the first floor.
