7 MM & 8 Shield?

7 MagicMissilles & 8 Shields?

How come my sorcerer can cast Magic Missile 7 times,
and shield 8 times?
Their both lvl1 spells

Good question. You don't happen to carry an item that gives you an additional shield spell?

Nope.
The problem is solved now,
I had to use up all my spells, and then rest.
I don't know how it happend,
I had it again, but the same solution works to solve the problem.

I had similar incidences with numbers of spells varying between 8 and 13 but I never analyzed the problem because I thought I forgot to rest or toyed too much with items or something.

I have the latest patch,
doesn't fix anything.
