Bug after collecting fourth reagent?? Poss spoilers.

I just collected the fourth reagent, gave it to aribeth and said, go to the chamber or wotever, and then is loads the mocule and comes up with a character list with premade ones and my character. IT said sometihng about not logging on and i can't get my character to be 'playable'. I am not sure what it is about but has anyone else experienced this? I can click on the other charcters and open the next section with purple guy running to me, but i cant get my character.
How c an i fix this?

Hmm, this sounds like the invalid character bug experienced by some players. You need to install the latest patch, that should make everything work. :)
