breaking into redoran lower vault with no bounty

have you every been to vivic and stood there staring through those lock level 90 trapped doors. possibly drooling. anyway heres the answer.
to break into the redoran vault.

across from the redoran treasury in the canton plaza is the Dralor manor.
in the upstairs bedroom in the closet is the key to the lower vault in redoran treasury.take it and you wont get a bounty.then kill or run -from the/the- people that attack you. then go to the vaults in the treasury. the key will open the lower vault.when it is open walk in then close the door. there is a ordinator. just wait for 24 hours when you wake up he should be gone. if he isnt then wait again until it is. the ordinators dont seem to see you looting the whole vault through the bared doors.

i dont think i have to tell you what to do next so i wont.

i have also had luck using

constant effect chameleon, around 90%

constant effect telekinisis....

that one really makes stealing easy....

yeah that would work but for me i have no luck using spells. my max magica is around 45.
