PM box

I have cleaned out my PM box hundreds of times, but I never get a zero balance. It seems to always read I have messages in. I think the fewest it goes to is 18. Also, if I started a folder to organize my PMs, and I no longer need that folder, is there a way to delete it? Do the folders count as taknig up room in your PM box?

Not sure if you have done this or not - but you might want to change the Show Messages From: box to the beginning since there might be a few messages that are older than the selected period.

To delete folders, click on the Folders button at the bottom of the PM window and then simply delete the name of the folder you want to delete from the Your Folders: section. Don't know about it taking up room in the PM box or not - but I don't think so.

Thanks Sabre, that did the trick as far as cleaning it out.....I still cant delete the folders though, but since I see now they do not take up any space, I am not going to worry about it.....Thanks again
