Well, personally I have a very hard time equating "naughty" with "low down, filthy, dirty,... scumbag"

Where I am sure there would be several who would vie competitively for the former, I would never call anyone in SYM the later. At least not out loud

Hmmm.......I vote for Mr Flibble as the naughtiness person in SYM. Oh sure, he does a great job keeping up that sweet and innocent exterior, but behind the scenes, he is an animal. You just never know what he is really up to
