don't have Resilient sphere for Time Stasis spell...Help

I've read the walk through and I don't have the ability or the scroll necessary to throw the resilient sphere spell on priestess Thorakasis (as close as I could come with out logging off) to prevent her from casting the Time Stasis spell. Is there a place I can get it while I'm stuck here, or is there an alternate way of dispatching her before she casts it.

You don't need the resilent sphere to beat the priestess, though it helps a lot.
Send one or two tanks at her, maybe a single summon, and concentrate your fire on her when she begins casting the spell. The key is to interrupt her spellcasting while your tank(s) finishes her off. However, she is a pain. I tried 5-6 times before I beat her.

I tried without Resilent Sphere (didn't take one with my Sorcerer, BIG mistake - it helps a lot in other areas as well; next time I'll take it) and absolutely couldn't beat her. In the end, I went back all the way to Kuldahar (everybody is gathered around the entrance, so at least no mad running around there as well) and bought one or two scrolls of Resilent Sphere. I also found out by accident that the Nathaniel in Dragon's Eye is a fake one
