Telvanni Hortator Quest Question

I had just finished the Telvanni Hortator quest as part of the main quest.

First I got my Brown Book of Great House Telvanni from one of the Mouths.

I then got my support from Neloth (Sadrith Mora), Aryon (Tel Vos), Dratha (Tel Mora), Therana (Tel Branora), Baladas (Gnisis) and then killed Gothren and his two body guards.

I then went back to Tel Vos and talked to Aryon, who I understood was the end of the Telvanni Horator Quest, but he ony tells me that he already gave me his vote as Hortator and that I needed to get the support of all the Masters.

I am in the process of going through this all again to make sure I didn't miss anything, but in the mean time does anyone have any suggestions?

Nevermind...

I went through the quest again and apparently I missed vote and got it the second time through.
