How come i lost some paladin abilities...I am not fallen

i dunno what happened but my inquisitor doesn't have the special abilities of "draw upon holy might" and "light healing" anymore though i used to...not sure but i think this is what happened...my group consists of korgan and viconia...when i accidently got my rep to 19 (didn't want them to leave) i quickly killed a slave and it dropped to 9...does that make some abilities disappear cause then i bought it back up to 15 and the abilities still weren't there.

All spec abilities are swapped with the Slayer-transformation...

Those are the spawn of bhall abilites, not a normal inquisitor abilites.
