the only mage i have in my party is Aerie.
the lower resistance spell doesnt default to mage book. she's at 11th level now...can i buy this spell some where?...where?

You may be abl to buy it off a merchant (looks like a noble i think) in trademeet as he has a few unique items up his sleeve.
The scroll itself it also where you encounter the shadelich (Kangaax the lich quest, unseeing eye) there is a room with two cultists in there, search the back chest and it will have a scroll.
This is random but the cowled wizard living in umar hills (the one who needs changling blood) has it on a shelf but that is random so best of luck.
DeArnise hold always has some scrolls so i would check that out as well but the unseeing eye cultist people under the temple district are the best way to go.
