Anomen has changed (possible spoiler)...

Post by Jyrran »

A while back when we first found out that Anomen's sister had been killed, we did the bad thing and killed the jerk who did it (forget his name, now). Of course, our rep plummeted (somewhere around the 'hated' region -- a 4 I think!), but it felt good at the time. (Since it had been so long since I'd played last, I'd forgotten about 'the test' and how rep affects the outcome. Oops!)

Anyway, now that Anomen has failed the test, he's slightly more bearable than before the test (no more sappy love talk). However, is it my imagination or did he suddenly get real nasty with the baddies? He seems to be a more aggressive fighter than before -- able to fell some of them with one or two swipes.

Did failing his test change this, or am I imagining it?

If he succeeds in his test his gets a higher wisdom.

However, when he fails, nothing changes (only his aligment), but he doesnt become any stronger. Sooooo, i think you are imagining it...... :D

Maybe he leveled up, his TACHO became higher or you gave him better weapons???

Thanks for the sanity check! I know he's leveled up at least once since the test, and we're in the Asylum at the moment, so I don't doubt that's what happened.

Although, that WOULD be a neat twist...to have him take on a more aggressive posture and flirt with a possible alignment change. Of course, that would probably not work too well with the Paladin thing, so that would have to be changed too. Hmmm.

Thanks again!
