Stupid Question About Multi-classing

I've been playing this game for a while, but this is the first time I've ever played it Multi-Classed. I'm playing an Elven Mage/Thief, and I've just knocked off Mae'Var and am about to return to Renal and tell him what I've done. Before I do this, I want to know: If I accept the GuildHall as my stronghold, will I be able to take the Planar Sphere as a stronghold also? Or do I have to pick one, and I get the first one that is given to me?

I think you get the first one you accept unless you have some kind of mod that allows multiple strongholds. I also think theres a bug that lets you take the fighter stronghold( from Nalia) and a second stronghold.
