Sendai's Enclave--Tunnels (SPOILER)

Post by Hellbringer555 »

Alright, I've cleared the barracks of the Drow, and now I've headed into the Tunnels--I'm not sure whether it's north or south, I just know I'm getting attacked by hordes of malevolent dwarves. It seems to me like there are an infinite amount of these slaves; they just keep popping out of fat (they are dwarves) air. Is there really an endless supply of them, or do you have to kill off a certain number of waves, or do you have to kill the Slavemaster before they stop?

Yes if you don't progress forward through that tunnel there's an endless supply. I believe they're 3 stages in that tunnel and once you get to the last stage they stop spawning.

People use this tunnel to max out there characters levels quite a bit. So if you want to get through this just get to the other end of the tunnel quickly then take care of the stragglers.

Good luck

Keep going after the slavemaster. He'll keep teleporeting away but you'll catch up with him near the end of the tunnel.

If I recall correctly, I once got 133 suits of armor from the orogs in that area (which means I killed at least that many of them). I didn't bother to count the dwarves, but there were probably about two or three times as many of them. (Needless to say, my melee fighters rather than my spellcasters did most of the work, and they were up to the task.) By the time I reached a body count like that, the monsters didn't respawn very much anymore, and it became increasingly difficult NOT to encounter the slavemaster, so I went ahead and killed him. Therefore, I wouldn't say the supply of monsters is "infinite". :)

Krimmy is right. The trick is kill the slave master, once that is done, the duergars will stop spawning.
