Where is auriel's shield? (Spoiler, please)

Auriel's shield is in the game, at least that's what tes tells me...but I have no idea where or how to get it...

Its not really all that good of an item...but it does round out my collection of auriel's bow and shield...

It's owned by a female warrior (I think) in the top floor of the Tower of Dusk (again, I think), Ghostgate.

Highlight for spoiler: TESCS should also tell you where it is. Once you find it, right-click and a small sub-menu will pop-up. Double-left-click info and there are 2 parts: one will tell you if an NPC has it, and/or the other will tell you where it is.
If an NPC has it but there's no location, left-click on the NPC tab, find the person, and repeat the process.
