Lionheart Demo and a question

Post by hwttdz »

There is a lionheart demo currently released. I downloaded it from IGN. It seems pretty good so far. I have my character dressed in a forest green which I didn't think would matter because I was counting on a flourescent feedback circle but it's not there so now I wish he was bright orange or something. That's not that bothersome. I assume there will be more options included in the full version of the game because at this point you cannot adjust the resolution which is a downer because the sight range of the character extends off screen which means people begin to attack you before you see them.

If anyone has this demo how do you distribute skill points?

What's the character creation screen like? Is it as extensive as suggested. Are you going to buy the game after playing the demo?
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.

I'm definetly buying. But I'm a Black Isle fanboy, and biased beyond control.

The character creation screen is okay. If you're familiar with the SPECIAL system form Fallout, you should recognize it. I could have wished for more ways to design my character. You can decide gender, head and the color of your shirt. There's no portraits, so it's limited. But all in all, I'm loving the game, and when it's finally out in Europe, I'm camping in front of my local game-pusher.
