Unofficial bugfix patch?

I've decided that it's been far too long since I last fired up BG2, so I'm playing it again. Back in my BG2 heyday, I remember installing an fan-made bugfix patch that corrected a lot of inconsistencies in the game when compared with the PnP rules, though I now can't remember what it's called or who made it! Anyone know what I'm talking about, and where I can find it? Thanks!
