Weapons Upgrades

I can't tell when I have actually completed a weapons upgrade or not. The name doesn't seem to change in the inventory, and it will keep asking me if I want to upgrade it each time I click on it...which common sense dictates is not happening. Any clues?

To check to see if your weapon is upgraded, try to upgrade it again. If it's upgraded those little module things will be installed.
"Game Balance" is getting all players to complain equally.

Ah, OK, LOL...I thought those things were what I was supposed to use for the upgrade :p


I was wondering why I never seemed to use them all up :D
