Possible to export from iwd to bg2?

My and my broo have made iwd and we want to keep our characters and play with them in bg2... is there anyway possible to export a character from iwd to bg2???

If you mean export a fully developed character, with all skills raised, then no. You can reassemble your IWD character with their base attributes and skills in BG2. Note, there's no direct correlation between BG2 and IWD2. The latter uses third edition; the former doesn't. There is a mod underway that will give third edition rules to BG2, however.

i thought icewind gate made bg2 3rd ed?

Icewind gate is a user created mod that is currently in the beta testing stages of development. To my knowledge it is not currently available.

A suggestions would be to just make new characters in BG mutliplay mode and then use gatekeeper to edit stats and equipment.
