after killing the githyankis in the five flagons for the Hidden, i didnt get the greenstone amulet...its an item i quite like, so what did i do wrong? ive always got it before, but not this time

Do you have ToB installed, or one of the Bioware updates? Turns out they never intended for a greenstone amulet to drop, and replaced it with something else.
