OMG he wont talk to me anymore and i have contracted corprus disease which i dislike as much as anyone would!!!!! is there any console code for the potion plz help??????!!!!!!

Not completely sure, however i fear there is none. The only NPC supposed to cure you rather cast a spell than give you a potion, and he is going to be very angry with you.

Yeah, I did that...

I got around it by bribing Tel Fyr not sure how much
200 gold or 1000

then he deigns to give you the potion

Calm down, calm down! Those things are hard NOT to kill!

Here's a console command which should update your journal and allow you to complete the quest:

player -> journal A2_3_corpruskiller 30

You could also attempt to charm him with a spell or item. If you succeed he will seemingly forgive you even though you've killed one or more of the victims.
