Iron hoop location????

I know that treasure and stuff in IWD II are randomized and all..was just wondering if anyone has found the Dreisbach's Iron Hoop and Geithman's Iron-Ringed Wager that is listed or if these are just items listed but, for some strange reason, don't show in the game...They sound like some completely funky items that I would love to get my hands on to try to see what kinds of 'value' items are in the barrels that are supposed to appear.
