Is there any way to get Drizzt's weapons or Bruenor's armor and keep them???

When I was played first time i've kille Drizzt in Bohdi's Lair, but when left lair, one stupid mage stole Drizzt's equipment.
Will I get his and his party items when I kill them all while encoutering them after leaving Underdark? Please, if someone know about that, tell me...

The only way is right before you fight Irenicus...use CLAUC to add them then....Any other time the mage will show up.
