Cromwell's Forge Mods
Cromwell's Forge Mods
Are there any mods out there for Cromwell's Forge, more items and such? It'd be really nice to be able to use those Wyvern heads for something

Yes, there is a mod available that allows you to improve some items through Cromwell's Forge. IIRC, it's mainly for improving personal items of NPCs, including Haer-Daelis' short swords (Entropy & Chaos), Valygar's Katana (the Corthala Family Blade), and Keldorn's Hallowed Redeemer (the Two-Handed sword that he has to start out with).
I honestly don't remember too many details about it, but I'd just wanted to give you a starting lead onto it from what I know. Hope this helps.

Have you ever heard any more inspiring or logical words? I sure haven't.

I haven't installed and run this yet but Ruad is another person who upgrades items. You may want to try this mod.

The Weidu Item Upgrade mod does not require ToB. It actually adds a bit of a interest to SoA because it gives you some new quests to get the various components. Most of the upgrades are in the category of combining similar items (such as boots of speed and avoidance, and combining the various thieving items into a single pair of gauntlets). One of the items requires five sunstones which can be fairly hard to get as they are randomly dropped and not very common. It has definitely improved the replayability of SoA for me.
