Screen Scroll issues

Post by DraySkullan »

Okay, everything is running great for me, except the screen scroll. It moves like a wounded sperm whale, on land. It actually gets faster the longer you hold the mouse cursor at the top of the screen, but at first it's just ungodly slow and frustrating. Anybody else have that problem, or have a suggestion for me?

It's not my system, as the characters movement and everything else is fast and flawless. I've changed every scroll and video setting I could find.

I've got my screen scroll set on 2 and it does move like a wounded sperm whale. A setting of 3 had it moving too fast. I started using the arrows between the alpha keys and the number pad to move around. It's a little less painful than the mouse

I got the same problem too. At first I thought it is my video card, Radeon 8500. But I try to lower my resolution even to 1024, still the same problem. I just use my arrow keys to move around, it is much faster. I think it is a bug or smthg.

The "scroll speed" slider is bugged. If you use 0 or 5 the map scrolls horrifically slow. If you set it to 3 or 4 it moves quite nicely. I struggled with this myself till I read the solution on another board.
