software conflict help!!!

Whenever one of the movies plays the game freezes the error says something about DLL. the scroll is also very slow can anyone help

i have a 2 gis processor and 766 mb RAM 64 mb integrated graphics (shared)

put the scroll on 3, it helps, not perfect, the movie problem sounds like a video card/memory problem, but cant be sure without more stats

I had exactly the same problem. I fixed it by updating my video card driver. All you have to do is go to the website of whoever made your video card and download the update. I never had that problem again.

This game tends to need Everything possible to be updated on your comp. (If you want to run it without all the CTDs anyway.)
