I'd like to help ya out but the name doesn't tell me anythin ... can u please tell me who asked u to find him, or what he's related to and such to refresh my mind ?

Oh I found him by now, was a door hidden by the fog of war, too bad u can't highlight them.
U need to find him for the Fire temple's 3rd quest, Allrem needs some sort of golden globe.

Oh, hehe, i couldn't help you anyway, i tried to complete as many quests as i could down there and to accomplish the most Allrem was really one of mine priorities (to slaughter)
