Can an assassin coat arrows with poison?

Can the assassin class/kit coat arrows/bolts/bullets/throwing knives etc. with poison or only melee weapons?

All weapons can be poisened, even "weapons" created with a spell like Energy Blades, MMMs etc.

Exploding weapons (like the arrows) do an area of effect poison.

But just wait untill User finds this thread, and he will tell you all about it

speak the name, and the cheeser will appear...

things you can coat weapons with...(high level abilities you cast just before using a attack weapon)

smite! dragons treat you with wing buffet, now simply cast smite, then attack with an area effect weapon...flings them back like you were dwarf bowling...practical application...after you tossed in an inc cloud, or some other long lasting area damage, use smite to toss monsters back into the lovezone...

power attack...think power word stun, with area effect weapons, has about the same save penalty, and its fun to stun a room full of umber hulks...

g deathblow...my favorite, kill off room full of mindflayers, umber hulks, trolls, drow, yuan ti, heck, clay golems with g deathblow...

you can poison or smite, or g deathblow arrows of detonation, tremendous area effect, but hard to find...fireseeds, make sure you have jaheira with you...or the frag grenade with the big metal rod...fighter mages can poison melf minute meteors if you don't have jaheira or cernd....energy blades poisoned, especially if you're at higher level is just fun...best of all, if you dual assassin to mage or cleric, once you reach a high level cleric or mage, your poison will actually go up in level!!! the slow effect you get in high level assassins???? your assassin mage dual once your mage level gets high enough, you too will slow targets with your poison...
