i am in underdark how do i get back to previuos chapter and finish them ?????????

You don't.

You finish up the Underdrak chapter, get all the really nice stuff you can get your hands on. Kill lots of stuff, level up, and then continue once you get out there.

Oh, and if you want og get back to Brynlaw, the Asylum, or the Underwater City? So sorry, but once you're in the Underdark those places are, more or less, no longer accessable except with cheat-codes.

once you finish the main quest of the underdark and exit, all the levels of chapter 2/3 are available, plus a couple new ones. You cannot return to Brynnlaw, the Asylum or Sahuagin city (remember, you had to do loads of quests and pay 15000 and have a REALLY good reason the first time to get a ship) all quests in athkatla, Umar etc are still open (except the timed ones)

does it means that i have to start all over "GREAT", from the begining , chapter one , because i have not don all the missions or quest in chapter 2,3

No, you don't have to do that, you can complete them now, though the quests of Chapter 4 and all the items there are unavailable (I hope you have the cloack of mirroring). When you are outside the Underdark you can do the quests of chapter 2 and 3.
