I know there are cheats that can raise your humanity level, but i can't exactly remember how to use them. You need to make some changes in the gamedirectory first so that you can bring up the cosole using the "~" button.

But like i said, i forgot which code you have to use. Just do a search for it on Google, i'm sure you'll find what you want there. ;)

Thanks. I already did a search...but I can't find that code anywhere....I even tried just typing combinations at random like

~ humanity 100
~ human 100

etc.... sigh...It seems that I am curse with keeping Serena directly under my control to prevent her from frenzying....thanks.. :-)

Maybe it's too late when you're already a vampire, i'm not really sure. But in the beginning of the game, you could cheat all you skills up to 100, even humanity. You just need to give yourself a truckload of XP, that's all.

In your situation, i wouldn't know what to do, maybe it's even better not to bring Serena back once she's in torpor. If all she does is blindly attack everyone in her sight, she's more trouble than she's of use to you.

Or just continue and try to not kill any innocent bystanders yourself. After all, Serena will be gone once you go to the future.

Thanks for your help...I made it to London. Now my only worry is that Christof's Humanity is 45 and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will last until the end of the game. Thanks again. :D

Neutral/Defensive Stance

The only thing I can suggest is for you to use Neutral/Defensive Stance for NPCs. Then they don't run off and attack innocent people. (Do they do that in v1.1? I still have v1.0, so I don't know.)

Also, does Humanity affect your frenzy suseptibility?

yes

yes,....the characters still run off and kill bystanders. It is annoying because if I am controlling one, the other will run off, If I change to control the other, then the first one will start sucking humans dry.....*sigh* I can't win in this game. :(

Well, you must be overlooking something, cause that really shouldn't happen, not even with low humanity. You must check out out your coteriemembers' status, see if they are all in a neutral stance, like they're supposed to. Also check the little green light that's attached to every character's face at tyhe bottom of the screen. They should all be activated, otherwise you don't have any control about the character's behaviour.

I don't think the little green light matters either. As far as I know your party member without his light on does absolutely nothing, not even attack enemies. Or is THAT only in v1.0? (I really always have to ask that)

I'm not sure, but unless that character is in neutral or defensive stance, he WILL go and attack virtualy anyone he sees, green light or no.

The green light only means that, if on, that member is following your lead, and if off, they are standing ground, As for the attacking the innocent bystanders, make sure each coterie member is set to a neutral/defensive stance, because as I recall, setting a stance doesn't affect the whole group, rather just the one member of the coterie.

I read that in v1.1 you can hold down some key or another, I can't remember which, probably ctrl or ctrl+alt, and press the stance buttons to change the stance of the entire coterie. Just makes it a bit faster I guess.

But yes, each member has an individual stance. I tried turning one of the coterie member's green light off while they were in neutral, and they don't attack when attacked. I never tried it with aggressive stance.
