I just checked that website, and couldn't find anything relating to the "third ending" you've mentioned. Nor is there any reference to a third ending in any of the three walkthroughs I've seen, or on the KotoR official boards.

Not quite: it's this. But you're right about someone adding a note concerning a third ending.
However, it's not an ending, meaning it's nothing you can logically arrive at through actions taken during the game. Instead, judging by the comments, it's an easter egg: you have to have two controllers plugged in, then pull the left and right buttons down on both controllers simultaneously to bring it up.
Kinda reminds me of an easter egg in Ultima Worlds of Adventure: Martian Dreams, which came out in 1991. There was an oddly discolored spot in the middle of the desert on Mars which you could easily miss. However, if you dug in it, you'd find a pair of ruby slippers, and if you put them on and used them, you ostensibly won the game, with on-screen images of Kansas farmland.
No, that's not an ending, anymore than the one in KotoR you mentioned, but it *was* great fun.

No; but if you're going to report something ("I think there's three endings..."), it helps to check out your source, first. Otherwise, you're just passing along inaccurate information.
And it still may work. Possibly some other conditions have to met, as well. However, it's an easter egg, not an ending. Mind, I wouldn't have minded a few other endings.
