MC penalty

How much MC penalty do I get if I Multiclass a rouge assasin shadow dancer and is a halfling
rouge assasin shadow dancer if possible
if not just rouge assasin
or if possible assasin shadow danceer

Call me crazy, but I don't think you get any XP penalties when you multi into a Prestige Class... At least, I never noticed any.

That is what you mean, right? XP penalties?

I have just orderd the game and are planning my character
And another question about it; I fI choose as I planned is rouge or bard the best character to choose

That's debatable.

On the one hand, Death Attack (assassin) and Sneak Attack stacks for some pretty nice damage.

On the other hand, the bard's spells can be quite helpful. Not to mention, they have more HP.

I guess it depends on how you plan to play your character. If you want more a melee thugish assassin, go bard. If you want a backstabbing assassin, go rogue.

Sneak attack + Death attack sounds nice
But if I choose the barde I can gain som xp on the wizard quests and be able to use some wizard labs I can't else

You won't be able to use wizard labs, that much is true. But with a high enough persuade, which rogues get as a class skill, you can talk them into giving you almost any kind of quest. I'd go rogue, if I was you.
