I need help!!!

I am on an imperial legion mission to kill a guy in The azuras coast region, near her shrine. Where do I go from her shrine to kill the guy.

If its the quest I'm thinking of you can find the entrance a little to the southwest of Azura's Shrine and on the coast. You can follow the coast line in that area and should run into it as it's only a few paces in from the beach.
