Does anybody have Baldur's Gate I installed on his/her computer?... I would ask for a small favor from you... Now for some reason the game crashes during the 'gnoll stronghold' movie in my computer and i cant skip past it the first time it is played... I have uploaded my saved game to the internet... What i need you to do is to download that saved game, load it in Baldur's Gate, go to the 'gnoll stronghold' area, skip the gnoll stronghold movie, save the game and send me back the saved game... The saved game is attached to four e-mails on the yahoo account 'baldurhelp@yahoo.co.uk' and the password is 'khalid'...
If you can think of any other way to skip the movie that would do as well...
Thanks in advance...

I don't exactly how this works anymore, but you can temporarily turn of the movies, I think it's done by editing the bg.ini file and setting the value for movies or something like that to 0 in stead of 1.
Maybe you can even turn them of in the options menu.
I know it can be done because I did it with the Candlekeep movie before I had TotSC

You can disable the movies in the game by editing your baldur.ini file. Go the the section labled "Program Options" and add a line saying "Disable Movies=1" anywhere in that section. All plot advancement is done through in-game cutscenes so you will not miss any plot points by disabling the movies.
