It's the beginning of Tribunal. I'm trying to kill off the dark brotherhood. I find their leader, but everytime I try to kill him he starts a conversation. I'm sure that is supposed to happen, but the conversation keeps repeating and pulsating! Can't figure this one out. HELP!!!!!!!
I had the same problem. In my case it was Bloodmoon that caused the problem. Just disable it until you finished Tribunal, or you'll encounter several other problems along the way.
In response to my earlier posting, I fixed the problem. I downloaded the patch, but it didn't work for me. I found that when I typed ToggleScripts in the console, I was able to FINALLY say good bye to the leader guy.
