need help with tomb plans

Hey there,
I really need help to get the tomb plans from that moron Hamrys in the Lower Ward. I know that it's just a matter of mentioning that you've been in the tomb but I never have that option - have I missed something that must be done to get it? Any help would be appreciated.

Talk to Sere the Skeptic in the Gathering Dust bar. Ask about Hamrys and his father when he is mentioned. When you return to Hamrys, the option to talk about his father etc etc will be open.
