Just heard the good news. Still jumping for joy.
How much extra playing time is there in it?
Is it worth reinstalling SoA or restarting a new adventure in SoA with ToB installed?
Any Mac users out there installed it yet?

Yes it is worth it (because you can finish the story) and no need to reinstall SoA. You can just import your SoA characters into ToB without trouble.
