I talked 2 Scar and said i would infriltrate the 7 suns and i went back 2 the Flaming Fist HQ and he wasn't there and he wasn't outside.

This has never happened before
HELP???

A patch is something the game designers make to fix some of the bug's in the game ot for alancing (for example in RTS games sometimes one unit is overpowered, adn they tune it down a little).

It's always smart when you buy a new game to go to the designers website and look for the latest patch often games have small (or in some cases large) bug's in them then need to be fixed.

Also keep in mind that Scar disappears forever after you've talked to Duke Etlan, rendering his two quests uncompletable.
