If there is anywhere on the web for starting out a d&D game either books or downloadable stuff? What books and rule sets would be best to start and where can we get them?
You could do a search for the open gaming source material, which is available to anyone who wants it (free, and such). I'll try and find the exact link for you, but it's been a while since I've been there. It's all 3rd edition rules, with the 3.5 revisions.
