Nalia's Keep? Should I accept it?

Have just finished clearing out Nalia's keep - golems and all. Is it worth taking the offer of being master of it - are there any nasty future surprises if you do?

If you call back every couple of weeks, you get rent money.

Also some quests related to the keep. If you're a fighter (i.e. not dual class), it's the only stronghold you can get, so grab it.

I kind of enjoy going back to the keep to see how things are doing. The cash flow is negligible (500 gp/week) and the experience is too. But it adds another role playing element to the game. ie what kind of lord are you? I rule with an iron fist, but then again I'm an evil bastard.
