Got this game this weekend and I've installed the official patch as well as Council of 8's 2.0 mod pack and I can't seem to tell if I am getting any sort of reward for completing quests. Granted, the only completed quests are Black Jay's ring, the deklo woods spiders and another which escapes me at the moment.
I was hoping to get the leatherworkers to convert to Cuthbert so I could see if that quest gives xp, but in my haste to identify all the scroll I stole from the Cuthbert temple, I burned through all my damn money, and still have 2 scrolls left.

Ok, so yes, I just couldn't tell if it was the spider and goblin xp or quest xp.
I'm thinking of restarting, as I'm going to get the Meleny quest finished soon and I am not sure if I can use the longsword +1 with a true neutral character, (by 3.5 rules I could be would gain a negative level), plus spending all my money to cast Identify instead of use Read Magic.
But does anyone else know if Amil, the woodcutters daughter is a quest you can complete or not? I'm about to find out, so I'll post. I don' t see this listed in the Gamebanshee walkthru.
