some D&D questions

Post by Sevyn »

Alright right now i'm playing a campain I am a Drow (yes i said Drow) Fighter. Is there anywhere in the core hand books that show the stats for a Drow race? or Do I have to buy another book. My Drow isn't evil he just misunderstood. Also in other campain i'm playing I have a Human Rouge But I really don't understand how the prestige (sp?) classes work just for an example say i wanted to make him a assissin does that mean he is a rouge/assissin or just an assissin? kinda confused. thanks for your help.

The Drow stats can be found in the Monsters Manual or in the Underdark books.

You add prestige calss levels to your normal levels.
So if you are a level 5 rogue and desided to pick up the assasin prestige class, then when you level up you become a rogue 5/ assasin 1.
You add the properties of the assasin first level you your own. (like feats etc.)
Guinness is good for you.
Gives you strength.

Actually, the Underdark supplement to the FRCS (Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting) is optional at this point.

The base racial stats of drow can be found in said FRCS. :)
All that is gold does not glitter.
