I've forgotten bout this for ages but i charmed Yago and he told me bout some elvish mongrel who had it with his gf and he cursed the girl- I think its Corans quest. But i reloaded and now i know. So where do i go 2 get this quest?

You have to go to the Northeastern District and go down to the Splurging Sturgeon Inn (approaching it from the North District). Once you get by the entrance, a lady named Brielbara (I think I got her name right) will come up to you. If you need varification on who she is, she looks like a mage (the colors of her robes are dark red, light blue, and some white, and her hair is blonde), and she says "Oh wait, I can explain!" as she comes up to you.
If you need indication as to where the Splurging Sturgeon is, you have to keep going right past the Blushing Mermaid (which is where you'll be outside of when you enter this section of the District). When you approach an intersection, go south, and the Inn will be on your left some ways down. As you approach the main entrance, that's where you'll encounter Brielbara. Makes sense?
