I remember that some time ago,npc's like drizzt,irenicus,some of bg1 were available to join you party with a download.Someone knows a site that I can download'em?

Try going to the site http://www.team-bg.com(i think it's called that), and then go to Custom files section, there you will probably find the mod you are looking for... :)
