i have gotten the light side ending, the dark side ending but what is the 3rd?

Darth Malak turning into a dancing Twi'lek or something like that. I think it has something to do with some button code from two controllers, but I forgot the specifics and really didn't bother to try.

If you're using the PC version, you can just enter "dancedancemalak" in the console. This doesn't really count as an ending. It's an easter egg.
