BUG??? Web Spell....please Help

I cast the spell "web" in battle and hit one of my fighters by accident. No big deal, EXCEPT for the fact that the spell will not wear off. No amount of resting of healing will remove the spell. My mage even has the option to cancel spell effect on her radial menu but it just wont go away. WTF!!!

My Dex is stuck at 14 and is displayed in red because of the spell effect, but i have no problems moving around the screen in or out of battles.

Please Help
