What do you need help with specifically?
The list you posted covers about every part of the entire character generation concept.

For now, I'll help as much as I can:

special abilities -> spells -> List in the Player's Handbook
feats -> Pick the ones that fit your character's background.
Recommended: Greater Turning
skills -> Again, pick the ones that fit your character's background. Recommended: Sense motive, bluff, etc
and i have some questions about
magic modifiers -> Items recommended: gauntlets of ogre power, wisdom boosting item
spell resistance -> irrelevant
spell save -> same as spell save DC
arcane spell failure -> Irrelevant, clericks cast divine magic
spell save DC-> check the Player's Handbook

I totally agree with Rob-hin. You need to go and buy yourself a copy of the Player's Handbook in the edition you are playing. It will explain anything and everything. If you are planning on DMing, then I suggest that you get the DM's Guide and Monster Manual as well. Those 3 books in combination can work miracles for comprehension.

you didn't understand...

it's not what he said... just look at a character sheet, the backpage. Item, Weight and PG... got it? what does that mean?

No, it's "just" GP -> Gold Pieces.

if you say so... I'll believe you. "you see much Éomer, son of Éomund... too much"
